We have had a long-time presence in the Galveston and Bolivar Peninsula area. In 2005, upon retirement, we bought the surveying records of Andrew Johnson, Jr. and the late Jack A. Hall, who have had a surveying presence in Galveston County since the mid 1950's. Sidney and Joann Bouse joined Mr. Hall and Mr. Johnson in 1992. Sidney obtained his RPLS No. 5287 in 1999 and became an LSLS in 2001. Patrick Jordan, RPLS No. 5525, joined us in 2002. Sherry Keeler, office manager, joined us in 2004. Stephen Blaskey, RPLS No. 5856, joined us in 2006 and James Kerneckel, project manager, joined us in 2007. Sam Jenkins, Richard Long, Charlie Keeler, Brian House, Keith Clark and Sandy Craft are also members of our team. We have the equipment and expertise needed to survey homes, large or small tracts, shorelines and marsh areas. We use GPS equipment and conventinal Total Stations.We use ACAD to create our survey drawings and subdivision plats and can work closely with and share files with engineers. We take projects from 'start to finish', raw land to completed subdivisions.

In October of 2005, Coastal Surveying of Texas was honored by being nominted and being ranked 13th out of 100 award winners for the AGGIE100.
Criteria was for the fastest growing Aggie owned or operated business in the world for the years 2002, 2003 and 2004.
Sid and Joann live in the Port Bolivar area. They have two sons. Sid and Joann work out of the Crystal Beach office.
Patrick Jordan and his wife Lucy live in the Kemah area. They have a son and a daughter. Pat works out of the Galveston office.
Stephen Blaskey and his wife Glenda live in the League City area. Stephen works out of the Galveston office.
James Kerneckel and his wife Heather live in the League City area. They have a son. James works out of the Galveston office.
Sherry Keeler and her husband Charlie live in the LaMarque area. Sherry works out of the Galveston office.
