Over 55 years ago, Jack A Hall, RPLS, started L&H Engineering.
Andrew Johnson Jr., RPLS 1530 joined in a partnership with Jack for over 35 years. They grew into a successful surveying firm and a some point the name changed to Hall-Johnson, Surveyors.
In 1992 Sidney Bouse started working for Hall-Johnson. In 1999, Sidney became a registered surveyor, RPLS 5287. Once again the name changed, this time to Hall, Johnson & Bouse, Surveyors.
In February 2002, the name was changed to Coastal Surveying of Texas.
Sidney became a LSLS in May of 2002.
In 2005 Andrew Johnson Jr. retired and Sidney and Joann Bouse bought the records and incorporated under the name Coastal Surveying of Texas, Inc.
Stephen C. Blaskey, RPLS 5856, joined Coastal Surveying of Texas, Inc. in 2006 and in December 2008 became an LSLS.
We have an office in Galveston, Texas and one in Crystal Beach, Texas to better serve Galveston County and Bolivar Peninsula. Some of the services we preform include surveying for home sales, boundary surveys for large and small tracts, topography work, subdivision layout, elevation certificates and project work. Sidney and Stephen both, can offer surveying services and any LSLS work needed in the State of Texas.
